I bought a Ziploc vacuum sealer about a year ago. I used it a few times with good results. Several months later used it again and the sealer worked but the vacuum did not; it just made a loud noise when I hit the Vacuum/seal button and did not vacuum the bag. I called Ziploc Customer Service on a Wednesday and was told to return the vacuum/sealer, that it would be picked up on Thursday and returned early the next week. It was not picked up until the next Monday. Ziploc returned the machine three weeks later, packed in a new-looking box. When I used it, the same thing happened - either they returned mine without fixing it or sent sent me a new one just as bad at the one I had. Won't even try to send this one back, but next time I buy this kind of appliance, it won't be Ziploc!
